The Royal BC Museum is one of the foremost cultural institutions in the world. Since 1886, we have been British Columbia's provincial museum. The Museum and Archives are located in downtown Victoria, at the corner of Belleville and Government streets, close to the parliament buildings and the Empress Hotel.

The Sunshine Coast Museum and Archives presents the history of the Sunshine Coast and its inhabitants. We have two floors of exhibits to explore as well as a resource room, reference library, and extensive archives with over 9,000 photographs & documents. The Museum is situated in the heart of Gibsons Landing, 10 minutes from the BC Ferries terminal in Langdale.
